I am going to show you that small changes really do add up to big results. All you need to do is challenge yourself and join in
They say that starting is the hardest thing to do! Well, it is. So I am challenging you to make some very small, but simple changes to your fitness regime (or lack thereof!).
Each week I will be posting a workout on our social media pages. Each workout will involve no more than 3 exercises and last no more than 10 minutes.
The challenge is this – to perform the 10 minute workout everyday for 7 days. No excuses. It’s 10 minutes. So whether you get up 10 minutes earlier or go to bed 10 minutes later, you will do it.
Monitor your results from the start of the week and compare them to your results at the end. For example, this week we are doing an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible). I guarantee if you give it your all for those 10 minutes, your rounds will improve from the beginning of the week to the end.
10 Minutes of Something is Better than a Whole Lotta Nothing!
10 MIN AMRAP
* 10 SQUATS
* 10 PRESS UPS
* 10 CRUNCHES
Perform the above exercises continuously for 10 minutes. Your aim is to complete as many rounds as possible in a 10 minute timeframe. 10 squats, 10 press ups and 10 crunches is 1 round. The aim is to increase your rounds by the end of the week.
So what are you waiting for?
Give it a go and each week join in with the challenge. I will show you how you can train smarter, not harder and the changes will come.
