What you’ll need:
- 6 strawberries (quartered)
- 1 satsuma (peeled and segmented)
- 2 tbs pomegranate seeds
- 2 rings of pineapple (sliced - fresh or tinned)
This is the perfect thirst quencher and delicious fruit bowl perfect for hot, sunny days – even when it is ALMOST too hot to eat!
How to make:
Slice all of the fruit into segments.
Add the sliced/chopped fruit into a bowl.
Sprinkle over the pomegranate seeds and enjoy.
The fun part:
You can swap the strawberries for blueberries and the pineapple for melon. Alternatively, mango makes a great substitute for satsuma – the possibilities are endless!
