Jewelled Fruit Salad

Serves 1

What you’ll need:

  • 6 strawberries (quartered)
  • 1 satsuma (peeled and segmented)
  • 2 tbs pomegranate seeds
  • 2 rings of pineapple (sliced - fresh or tinned)

This is the perfect thirst quencher and delicious fruit bowl perfect for hot, sunny days – even when it is ALMOST too hot to eat!

How to make:

1.
Slice all of the fruit into segments.
2.
Add the sliced/chopped fruit into a bowl.
3.
Sprinkle over the pomegranate seeds and enjoy.

The fun part:

You can swap the strawberries for blueberries and the pineapple for melon. Alternatively, mango makes a great substitute for satsuma – the possibilities are endless!
